The 10 Dimensions
Ten dimensions cover the full surface area of brand risk: message, operations, architecture, culture, infrastructure. Each is scored against observed evidence with recommended action items to improve your index. The same ten dimensions don't matter equally in every moment. The dimensions that get more weight depend on the moment your company is navigating.

11–20Under PressureReal vulnerabilities costing credibility or speed. Several dimensions need work, and the order matters.
21–30Stable but ExposedA foundation exists, but real gaps show. Fix the two or three that matter most for the moment.
31–40Pressure-ReadyStrong shape. Minor tuning, not structural repair.
