CareerCircle has always been clear about its mission to elevate underrepresented talent and connect them with meaningful jobs. But their previous visual identity didn’t capture their energy, passion, and forward-thinking approach. We developed an identity system that conveyed the bold, unapologetic nature of the team with illustrations that focused on the heart of their mission: diverse people.

By introducing a vibrant color palette, streamlined logo, and engaging graphics and animations, we were able to bring CareerCircle’s unique differentiators to life.

By placing people at the heart of their mission, CareerCircle is erasing the opportunity divide and bringing equity into the hiring process. Our brand strategy was rooted in the need to highlight this fact in a variety of engaging, thoughtful ways.

We knew that CareerCircle’s new logo would be used in a variety of applications across their website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

We intentionally designed a logo that could be used as both a static image, as well as an animation, breathing life into the design and creating an engaging, immediately recognizable element with a broad range of uses.

To match the updated brand, we designed a vibrant, 508-compliant UI pattern library and reimagined the website’s UX design from the ground up. We added elements of gamification throughout the registration and onboarding process, transforming what had been a clunky and frustrating user experience into one that is intuitive, fast, and fun.

By working closely with CareerCircle’s business team, we were able to ensure that each feature we developed reflected the highest business priorities and delivered real value for users.

Our detailed wireframes allowed the dev team to provide feedback on any potential roadblocks and anticipate possible issues so that our final annotated design comps could be reliably implemented within a single sprint, leading to an efficient and productive working relationship that allowed us to completely overhaul their brand and website within 6 months of project launch.
